I typically prepare this tasty and easy dish for tomato sauce and ground beef pasta. The ground beef must first be nicely seared by browning it. I then incorporate it into a flavorful tomato sauce that is rich and fragrant and has notes of onion and garlic. To make it even creamier, I also add some melted parmesan cheese. My family loves this wonderful one-pot meal. I frequently find myself serving this beef spaghetti throughout the week because it’s delicious as leftovers. It’s a filling and substantial dinner that goes well with any occasion. Simply take a fork and savor each bite!
Directions.
The first thing we need is to cook the pasta, in a large pot boil the pasta, do as you are used to boiling it.
In a large skillet, preheat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion slices to the skillet and cook, turning often, until the onion is transparent, 2 to 3 minutes. Next, stir in the garlic, stock, and Italian seasoning; simmer, stirring, for approximately 1 minute, or until fragrant.
Add the ground beef and simmer for approximately 5 minutes, or until the meat is browned and no longer pink. While the meat cooks, crumble it and remove any surplus fat.
Add marinara sauce and stir. Simmer for approximately 8 minutes, stirring now and again.
To taste, add more salt and pepper to the seasoning. Cooked pasta should be mixed into the sauce.
After the parmesan has melted, stir in the chopped parsley and stir for two to three minutes. Serve the spaghetti with meat right away.
If you want to substitute lean ground beef, you can use turkey mince, chicken mince, sliced mushrooms.
