Crock pot beef

If your family loves beef, I advise you to pay attention to this recipe, the meat turns out just super tasty and very hearty, I will not delay you go straight to the recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • Braising meat – you can buy a piece and cut into small pieces or the grocery store can find already sliced braising meat.
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Dried thyme
  • Garlic
  • Dry onion soup mix
  • Beef broth – buy your favorite stock
  • Ketchup
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Cornstarch

HOW TO PREPARE?

Prepare the stew: you need the meat to be in small pieces, then rinse the meat and pat dry, then put the meat in the slow cooker

Seasoning: In a bowl, add thyme, garlic, salt, pepper, onion soup, beef broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and cornstarch. This all needs to be whisked until smooth and after that you need to pour over the beef.

You have two options: the faster option is high heat for 3-4 hours or the slower option is 7-8 hours. The difference between them is that the meat will be much tougher if cooked on high heat and not as melt-in-your-mouth.

at the end of cooking: you can serve this with your favorite side dish in my case it is mashed potatoes, I also like it with rice, don’t forget to add sauce to the side dish when you put it in the plates.
